Membership [Initial or Renewal]

You are warmly invited to become a member of the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable!

The same form is used to Renew your annual membership - refilling required to update address/phone/ etc besides payment of annual dues

You’re invited to Get Involved and begin your membership with SLIR. Members affirm that they (and any organization they represent) agree to participate in the Roundtable in an attitude of seeking harmony, gaining greater understanding and acquiring an increased sense of love for and collaboration with all faith traditions and interfaith organizations. In addition they also understand that all members and organizations of the Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable are committed to the position of being life affirming, community building faiths, organizations, and individuals. (Note: “Faith” includes a “Culture or Belief System.”) Completion of the membership form indicates that you allow Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable to use on the website or Facebook page, any photos and/or video footage of yourself as well as any presentation materials that you present at Interfaith Events.
