SLIR Interfaith Season events are a variety of events organized by the Roundtable’s Interfaith Season Committee.
The Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable originally designated one week in February as Interfaith week, which then expanded to a month, then to mid-March, when it became known as Interfaith Season. Events will now begin in mid-March, after the Sacred Music Evening event, and conclude at the end of May. The committee will aim to have one event a week during this period. Most of the events will be in-person, and/or virtual events organized by various faiths.
Events are organized to allow the public the opportunity to learn about different faiths: attend lectures, panel discussions, visit houses of worship, and participate in service projects.
Faith Communities are invited to highlight their community during this “Interfaith Season.” Events will be posted on the website. Faith communities who wish to organize an event are requested to download the application form and submit it to the organizers.

Sacred Music Evening
The Salt Lake Interfaith Roundtable’s Sacred Music Evening began in 2002 as an interfaith musical presentation prior to the start of the Olympics. It is an evening of prayer, music, drumming, dance, and presentations from a variety of faiths in the Salt Lake Valley. The event is family friendly and free to the public.
Please invite your family and friends to come and support this spectacular interfaith event.
