Dear faith leader,

At Emerald Hills Institute, an NPO (501c), we focus on intercultural dialogue activities and organize various educational and community-centered events. During September, October and November we will be starting our customary event called Noah’s Pudding, also known as Ashure. As this has a reflection on community life and friendship, for years we have been visiting local religious and cultural establishments and serving Ashure to their congregations at the end of their gatherings, along with a short presentation about the hope and positive message this dessert symbolizes. To learn more about Noah’s Pudding or Ashure please visit http://www.emeraldhillsinstitute.org/noahs-pudding.

Please let us know if you would be open to hosting this event at your location. This event is free and we only ask for a little space and a few tables so our volunteers can serve the dish.

We would be delighted if you would accept our invitation and schedule a date! Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon

Sincerely;

Zeynep Kariparduc
