Rumi Poetry Club

The Golden Braid Bookstore (151 South 500 East, Salt Lake City) will host a gathering of Rumi’s poetry and spiritual teachings with author and founder of the local Rumi Poetry Club, Rasoul Shams on June 7 Thursday, 7 pm. He will read from and sign his newest book, The Words of Rumi: Celebrating a Year of Inspiration and share his impressions of the mystic’s life and vision. This event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to reserve a seat.
